LoftIs Electric Solutions is an electrical contractor working across the whole of Florida, from the Panhandle to the Keys.
We started because of a pattern anyone who has hired a trade in Florida will recognise. A number on the phone, a different number when the van arrives, and a third number on the invoice. It is the single most common complaint we hear about the electrical trade, and it is the thing we designed the company around removing.
So the way we work is deliberately boring. You call, a person answers. You describe the problem. We give you an arrival window and, wherever the job allows, a price on the phone. Where we need to see it first, we come out, look, and give you a written flat price before anything gets touched. You decide. Then we do exactly that work for exactly that money.
What we take on
Twelve service lines, covering the everyday and the urgent: emergency call-outs, panel and service upgrades, whole house rewiring, lighting, ceiling fans, outlets and switches, generators, EV charger installation, smart home wiring, electrical repair, and commercial work for offices, restaurants, retail and warehouses.
Why Florida-specific matters
Florida wiring lives a harder life than wiring almost anywhere else in the country. Sustained heat pushes panels and connections. Humidity and salt air corrode outdoor fittings that were specified for a milder climate. Storm season tests every mast, meter can and outdoor disconnect in the state, every single year. And air conditioning runs eight months out of twelve, which is why undersized services show up here as a chronic problem rather than an occasional one.
We specify for that. Wet-rated fittings outdoors as a default rather than an upgrade. Corrosion-resistant hardware near the coast. Load calculations that assume the AC is running when everything else is too. It costs slightly more on day one and it is the reason our work is still working in year ten.
How we cover the whole state
Crews are based regionally rather than run out of one central depot, so the van coming to you is already working in your area. That is why we can hold same-day capacity in places that usually get told next Thursday.
What we will not do
We will not quote by the hour and let the meter decide the price. We will not recommend the larger job when the smaller repair will genuinely hold. And we will not leave a panel without a legible directory, because the next person who opens that door deserves to know what the breakers do.
