What customers say
Landscape lighting that has now been through two summers and still looks new. The cheap set I had before rusted out in eight months.
Warehouse high bay retrofit. They surveyed it, showed me the running cost difference on paper, and phased it so we never lost a shift.
Whole house rewire on a 1958 build. They gave me a room-by-room schedule and stuck to it. We stayed in the house the entire time and always had power in the bedrooms at night.
Questions we get asked
How many recessed lights does a room need?
A rough rule is a light every four to six feet, but ceiling height and what you do in the room matter more than the formula. We lay the plan out on the ceiling in your city homes before cutting so you can see it first.
Can you install lighting in a ceiling with no existing fixture?
Yes. We run the new circuit, fit the correct box and add the switch. In your city homes with attic access this is straightforward; a ceiling below a second storey takes more care but is still very doable.
Why do my LED lights flicker on a dimmer?
Almost always a dimmer that was built for old incandescent bulbs. Matching the right LED-rated dimmer to the driver fixes it, and it is one of the cheapest calls we take in your city.
Do you install outdoor and landscape lighting in your city?
Yes, and we specify for the coast. Salt air eats cheap outdoor fittings in your city, so we use wet-rated, corrosion-resistant gear and bury the runs properly.
