Quotes

Quotes for planned work are provided free and are valid for 30 days. A quote covers the scope described in it. Work discovered after opening a wall, panel or ceiling that was not visible at the time of quoting is priced separately and always with your approval before it proceeds.

Pricing

We price per job rather than per hour. The agreed figure is the figure invoiced for the described scope.

Diagnostic visits

Fault-finding visits carry a diagnostic fee, which is credited against the repair if you proceed with it.

Scheduling and access

We need safe access to the property, the panel and the work areas at the agreed time. Where we cannot gain access, a call-out charge may apply.

Payment

Payment is due on completion unless other terms are agreed in writing. Larger projects may be staged with a deposit and progress payments.

Cancellations

Please give us as much notice as you can. Cancellations inside 24 hours of a booked slot may attract a charge where materials have already been ordered.

Workmanship

We stand behind the work we carry out. If something we installed fails, tell us and we will come back and put it right.
