What customers say
Lanai fans had rusted solid in the salt air. They put in wet-rated units with stainless hardware and explained the difference.
Called on a Sunday about a burning smell. He found a failing breaker before it became something worse. I did not expect anyone to come out that day.
Landscape lighting that has now been through two summers and still looks new. The cheap set I had before rusted out in eight months.
Questions we get asked
Where are GFCI outlets required in a your city home?
Kitchens, bathrooms, garages, laundry areas, outdoors and anywhere near water. In coastal your city properties we also recommend them for dock and pool-adjacent circuits even where they are not strictly required.
Can you add an outlet without cutting up my wall?
Usually. We fish new cable through the cavity or drop it from the attic. Where a cut is unavoidable we keep it small, square and easy to patch, and we tell you before we make it.
Why did half my outlets stop working at once?
Most often a tripped GFCI upstream that is protecting the whole run, or a failed backstab connection in one receptacle that broke the chain. Both are quick finds for a your city electrician with a meter.
Do I need a dedicated circuit for my appliance?
Microwaves, fridges, freezers, window units, hot tubs and workshop tools all do better on their own circuit. If your breaker trips whenever two of them run together, that is the answer.
