What customers say
Booked the EV charger install expecting a runaround about my panel. Instead they checked the capacity first, told me load management would save me an upgrade, and did it in one visit.
Lanai fans had rusted solid in the salt air. They put in wet-rated units with stainless hardware and explained the difference.
Called on a Sunday about a burning smell. He found a failing breaker before it became something worse. I did not expect anyone to come out that day.
Questions we get asked
Why do my lights flicker in one room only?
Usually a loose connection in that circuit, often at a backstabbed receptacle or a worn switch. It is a small repair, but a loose connection generates heat, so it is not one to leave alone.
My breaker keeps tripping. Is it the breaker or the circuit?
Both are possible and they need different fixes. A breaker that trips under a specific load is doing its job and points at the circuit. One that trips with nothing plugged in is usually failing itself. We test rather than guess.
Can you find an intermittent electrical fault?
Yes. That is most of what we do in your city. We load the circuit to force the fault to show itself, then split the run to corner the bad section, instead of replacing parts and hoping.
Is a warm outlet or switch dangerous?
Treat it as urgent. Heat means resistance, and resistance at a connection is how electrical fires start. Switch that circuit off and call (866) 651-5242 rather than waiting to see if it gets worse.
